Boys tournaments set

I have to be honest with you.
The OHSAA boys sectional basketball tournament gets underway tomorrow and the opening round match ups are yawners.
Heck there’s only a handful of teams tonight with a winning record playing in our coverage area at The Courier tomorrow.
I’m covering the tournament at Riverdale. Carey vs. Arcadia and Hopewell-Loudon vs. Colonel Crawford.
Who knows though, maybe one of these teams will be the surprise of the tournament and make it to the regional. Wouldn’t that be something?
I kind of doubt it though.
Things really don’t heat up until districts. I don’t see as many stacked sectionals in the boys bracket this season compared to the girls bracket. We’ll opine on the ladies tomorrow.
